2026 Truckee Pro Rodeo Vendor applications are NOW OPEN!

2026 VENDOR APPLICATION

Due to our new layout and limited space this year, all non-food vendors must be set up in a tent. No trailers or haul-behind setups will be permitted to be set up as your sales space. Trailers can be used for loading and unloading only.

Vendors who wish to sell their wares or food at the rodeo are welcome. Please email any questions info@truckeerodeo.org or hcapmedia@gmail.com. Spaces are 10’x12′, are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and cost $125 daily, $200 for 12×20. The cost for non-profits will be $75 per day for 10×12.

Food Vendors: The Truckee Pro Rodeo would like to open its food vending to the many types of foods our guests are craving! Items such as sno-cones, kettle corn, pretzels, sushi, tacos, and food of all types will be welcome. Vendors selling food items must furnish all appropriate permits though Nevada County and the State of California. Nevada County will be doing inspections at the rodeo. All vendors must submit proof of liability insurance.

Applications submitted for like items will be determined by the dates submitted, and every attempt will be made to separate like vendors. There will be no refunds due to weather, leaving early, or sales.

Due to a lack of availability, we can not furnish power. You may operate a relatively quiet generator if needed outside the arena.

The rodeo offers vendors the opportunity to place a banner in the arena at no extra charge. This is a great advertising opportunity! Banners are to be supplied by vendors and are to be no larger than 4′ x 6′. Banners should be delivered to McIver Arena by Wednesday at 6 pm unless other arrangements are made (we can be flexible). Banners received after this deadline are not guaranteed a spot in the arena.

Our online invoice system accepts payment through a check or credit card. Interested vendors should submit their application. Once accepted, we will send an invoice for payment. Full payment for the weekend is due within 14 days of invoice.
