Vendor Information
Vendors who wish to sell their wares or food at the rodeo are welcome. Applications will be accepted until August 7, 2017.

As applications roll in, we will post a list of vendors who will be at the rodeo. Please check back!

Spaces are 12'x12', are sold on a first come first serve basis, and will cost $100 per day. The cost for non-profits will be $50 per day.

This year the rodeo is offering vendors the opportunity to place a banner in the arena at no extra charge. This is a great advertising opportunity! Banners are to be supplied by vendors and are to be no larger than 4' x 6'. Banners should be delivered to McIver Arena by Wednesday, August 23rd at 6pm, unless other arrangements are made (we can be flexible). Banners received after this deadline are not guaranteed a spot in the arena. 

Food Vendors: The Truckee Pro Rodeo would like to open it's food vending to the many types of foods our guests are craving! Items such as sno-cones, kettle korn, pretzels, sushi, tacos, and food of all types will be welcome. Vendors selling food items are required to furnish all appropriate permits though Nevada County and the State of California. Please see the 2017 Truckee Pro Rodeo Vendor Application for details on the Nevada County permits and documentation. Nevada County will be doing inspections at the rodeo.

All vendors must submit proof of liability insurance. Please see the 2017 Truckee Pro Rodeo Vendor Application for details. 

Applications submitted for like items will be determined by date of post on the application envelope and every attempt will be made to separate like vendors.  

Two existing vendors for 2017 have the rights to sell cowboy hats, we must ask that no other vendor sell cowboy hats.

There will be no refunds due to weather or sales. 

Due to a lack of availability we can not furnish power.  You may operate a relatively quiet generator if needed outside the arena.

Payment is accepted in the form of cashiers check, money order, or cash. No personal checks please. Interested vendors should download the application and and contact the committee (contact info in application). Full payment for the weekend is due at the time of application.
