Vendor Information

Vendors who wish to sell their wares at the Rodeo are welcome.

This year the Rodeo is offering Vendors the opportunity to place a banner in the arena which is included in your fees. Banners are to be SUPPLIED BY VENDORS and are to be no larger than 4' x 6". This is a great advertising opportunity! Banners should be delivered to McIver Arena by Wednesday prior to Rodeo. BANNERS RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED A PLACE IN THE ARENA.

Food Vendors:

Smokey's Kitchen is our contract food vendor. Food which does not conflict will be allowed. Items such as sno-cones, kettle korn, pretzels etc. will be welcome. HOT FOOD ITEMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Vendors selling food items are required to furnish a Nevada County food permit and to follow Nevada County permit directives. Nevada County Food Vendor Application and Risk Assessment Guide Packets can be obtained by contacting Nevada County Enviornmental Health Department at (530) 265-1222 in Nevada City or (530) 582-7884 in Truckee. Their web page is www.mynevadacounty.com/cda. Nevada County will be doing inspections.

ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF INSURANCE.

Spaces are 12x12 and are sold on a first come first serve basis. There will be an additional charge for spaces larger than 12 x 12. Applications submitted for like items will be determined by date of post on the envelope. A non refundable deposit of $100 is required with your application and will be applied to the total fees.

Vendors will be allowed to set up Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. after the payment of fees.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no refunds due to weather or sales.

Due to a lack of availability we can not not furnish power. You may operate a generator if needed.

Prices are for the weekend and are as follows:

Food Vendors: $350

Non-food Vendors: $300

Non-Profit Groups: $150

Payment is accepted in the form or cashiers check, money order or cash.
