McIver Arenalocated next to Regional Park off of the old Hwy 267.
Vendor Information:
Vendors who wish to sell their wares at the rodeo are welcome. Food vendors please check for availability as our food is a major fundraiser for the community. Vendor spaces are 12 x 12 and are rented for $300 for the weekend. Vendors may set up at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Window Decorating:
Merchants of Truckee are invited to decorate their shop windows with a Western theme. The winner of the decorating contest will be given an award for their place of business and will also be awarded with a perpetual trophy, engraved with the business name, which will be rotated each year to the winning business.

Mutton Bustin': Is still open both days
Mutton Bustin will take place on Saturday and Sunday during the rodeo performance. Boys and Girls between the ages of 4 to 8 and weighing
50pounds or less are invited to ride for distance.
Each child will receive a Mutton Bustin' T-Shirt and an admission ticket for one parent or guardian for the day they ride. A trophy will be presented to the winner each day. Packet pick up will be at the ticket booth. Come test your skills!
Parents: if your child has a helmet it is advisable to bring it with you!
Entry fees are $35 per contestant per day, or $70 for both days. ONLY 15 ENTRIES PER DAY! Liability releases are required. Please check in at the ticket booth.
Entries will be accepted through July 20th only or until both days are filled.Application

Tickets are available for purchase through Pay Pal on line and are available in Truckee at the Truckee Chamber of Commerce, Sears, Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center, Spirtits of Tahoe in Kings Beach and at the gate the day of the event.
