                    Important Presale Notes
                                Presale tickets purchased online before August 15th will be mailed to you. If you do not                                     want your tickets mailed to the shipping address you provide in PayPal, please email us                                     at info@truckeerodeo.org as soon as possible. 
                                Presale tickets purchased online after August 15th will be in Will Call at the Information                                             Booth at the rodeo. You can pick them up either day of the rodeo once the gates open. 

    Presale tickets (general admission) are NO LONGER available for purchase at the following locations:
                      Piping Rock Equestrian Center (12318 Union Mills Rd. Truckee, CA)
                      Sears in Truckee (12047 Donner Pass Rd. Truckee, CA)
                      Truckee River RV Park (10068 Hirschdale Rd. Truckee, CA)
                      Glenshire General Store (10095 Dorchester Dr. Truckee, CA)

       Tickets are still available for sale at Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce (10065 Donner         Pass Rd. Truckee, CA (inside Train Depot)) at at-the-gate prices. 
These tickets will be available all weekend.  

At the Gate: (all at-the-gate sales and bar sales are CASH ONLY, there will be an ATM available)

Photographers:  

If you would like to photograph this event you must have written permission from the Truckee Pro Rodeo Association. All photographs are the property of the Association and cannot be sold. Please submit your request in writing to our mailing or email address. We will do our best to accommodate you. If you would like to volunteer your services as a photographer, we would gladly accept and credit you whenever a photo of yours is used. Please contact us if you might be interested in donating your photos to the Association. 

Unless you are an approved photographer, please leave your fancy camera at home. DSLR cameras (or similar) will not be permitted through entry gates.

The Truckee Pro Rodeo is run solely by volunteers, so we welcome all the help we can get! If you would like to join the planning committee for the 2017 rodeo, please contact us. We always need volunteers at the event itself as well. Let us know if you would like to help out!

2017 Rodeo Vendors:

Parking: Parking is limited, so carpooling is encouraged.

Public: The lot across Estates Drive from the rodeo grounds will be open for public parking. The Truckee High School Girls Basketball Team regulates the parking in this lot and charges a small fee. All proceeds are a donation to the team. Free public parking is available along Brockway Rd. or in the dirt lots by the baseball fields in Regional Park (very nearby).

VIP: VIP parking is on the east side of the arena, enter through the gate to the right of the Ticket Booth. Please display your VIP Parking Pass and park along the fence that borders the grandstands in VIP designated spots only. There is no charge for VIP parking.

ADA: ADA parking is on the east side of the arena, enter through the gate to the right of the Ticket Booth. Park along the south side of the fence that borders the grandstands in ADA designated spots only. There is no charge for ADA parking.

Volunteers: Volunteer parking is on the east side of the arena, enter through the gate to the right of the Ticket Booth. Please display your Volunteer Parking Pass and park along the fence that runs the perimeter of this main parking area. Park perpendicular to the fence in designated spots only. There is no charge for volunteer parking.

Contestants: Main contestant parking is in the lot on the east of the arena, enter through the gate to the right of the Ticket Booth. Daytime contestants park in the front area and overnight contestants park in the back area. Please let the gate personnel know if you are a daytime or overnight contestant so you are parked correctly. Please park in designated spaces only. There is no charge for contestant parking.

Drill Teams: Drill team parking is on the west side of the arena, as is overflow contestant parking. Please display your Volunteer Parking Pass when arriving. Contact us at info@truckeerodeo.org to obtain a volunteer parking pass. There is no charge for drill team parking.
