This year Kids Day will be held on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

This year we welcome back our Truckee Donner Junior Horsemen Mounted Drill Team!! Come watch these young horsemen perform. Kings Beach 4H will be hosting their Native American Teepee. We will have face painting, balloon tying, a bounce house, stick horse pole bending, roping and other games. Smokey Bear will be making an appearance! All for the kids to participate in and enjoy! Come on out and have some fun!

Friday: Truckee Tahoe Radio and Smokey's Kitchen along with the Truckee Championship Pro Rodeo bring you the Rodeo BBQ and Dance. Join us at McIver Arena to help us show our appreciation to our sponsors with Celebrity Team Penning and the First Annual Kid's Calf Scramble!
Dinner and dance to follow the arena events. Admission is FREE to the public and dinner may be purchased for $20 and will be catered by Smokey's Kitchen.
Rodeo tickets for Saturday and Sunday performances will be available for purchase prior to the event. Information on the purchase of tickets can be found on the information page.
The following seven events are scheduled for each performance: Bareback Riding, Bronc Riding, Tie down Roping, Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding.
Saturday's performance will begin at 5:00 p.m. Gates will open at 3:00.
In an effort to give back to the youth of our community, NO COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED. Our concessions will have food for sale. We thank you for your cooperation and your support.

PARKING: Our parking is limited and carpooling is suggested. Parking will be $5.00 per car and proceeds will support the Truckee High School Football teams. Each year our football players do a great job of parking our cars. Please give them a hand with their great efforts and support our High School Team! In 2009 we were able to contribute $1000 to Truckee Football! Our many thanks to the team for a job well done and congratulations on their State Championship!
